Web Design for Trades and Local Business in Erie, PA
A tree crew's year is decided by two storms. A mechanic competes inside a three mile circle. A dental practice is buying a patient who stays for a decade. These are genuinely different businesses and the websites should not look like the same template with a different photo on the front. Pick the one closest to what you do.
Who I Build For
Each of these is written from how that trade actually gets customers, not from a list of features. If yours is not here it does not mean I cannot help, it means I have not written the page yet.
Auto Repair
Nobody drives across town for a mechanic. You are competing inside a three mile circle, and that changes what the site has to do. Read more about web design for auto repair.
Dentists
A new patient is worth years of visits, which makes the gap between a good site and a bad one larger here than anywhere else. Read more about web design for dentists.
Electricians
Residential service calls and commercial contracts are two businesses. A single page pitched at both wins neither. Read more about web design for electricians.
HVAC
Two spikes a year pay for everything. The site has to be ready for both and earn its keep in between. Read more about web design for hvac.
Plumbers
Emergency callers and planned-work customers behave nothing alike. One page has to close both. Read more about web design for plumbers.
Tree Services
Your year is decided by weather you cannot predict. The site has to be ready before the storm, not after. Read more about web design for tree services.
Not On The List?
Roofers, landscapers, excavators, painters, towing, concrete, cleaning, barbers and salons, restaurants, chiropractors and physios. I have built for or quoted most of them and the thinking is the same: work out how customers actually find you, then build the shortest path between that search and your phone. Call (814) 547-9954 and I will tell you straight whether I am a good fit.
What Does Not Change By Trade
Every site is hand-coded, with no WordPress and no page builders, which is why they open in about a second instead of five. Hosting, updates and support are included. You talk to the person who wrote your site rather than an account manager. And the price is the same whichever trade you are in: $130 a month all in, or $3,800 up front to own it outright with $25 a month for hosting. The full pricing is here, with nothing hidden behind a quote form.
Where You Work Matters Too
Most of these businesses live or die on local search, which depends as much on the townships you cover as on the trade you are in. The area pages go through Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, North East, Edinboro, Girard, Waterford and Corry one at a time.
